Botanical garden
The symbol of the village is the botanical garden established by Count Andor Festetich and stretching on 32 acres. The park boasts, several types of pine trees, pathways flanked by yew trees, chestnut groves and small, picturesque woodland with crisscrossing ivy.

The park, enjoying national protection has over 500 different plant species. Only recently a new park was added with several unique species, the whole area has been revamped and an underground rockery was also explored. The 150-year-old Festetich Palace stands in the embrace of the arboretum.
No fees.
Open to visitors all year round between 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
