The father-house of the famous son of Kemenesalja, the poet Dániel Berzsenyi is today the oldest and most well-known literary memorial place and museum of the County Vas.
The Ro - man Catholic parish church of the settlement, named after the apostle St. James the elder, was built in the Middle Ages. A curiosity of its eas - tern main wall is a quotation from Berzsenyi. The neo-classic Felsőbüki Nagy-castle used to be a tenure centre; today it is in the possession of the local council.
On the edge of the castle park we find the Baroque Holy Trinity statue. The bust statue of Berzsenyi by the artist Károly Antal is in the castle park, which is named after the poet himself
